Cancellation Policy
To request a cancellation or reschedule, email melissa@excelevateconstructionadvisors.com with your name, appointment date and time, and whether you would like to cancel or reschedule. For rescheduling, include your preferred new date and time. Melissa Perry, Principal Advisor, will review your request and email you to confirm the change. Your appointment remains scheduled until you receive confirmation. Initial consultations are complimentary, last 30 minutes, and are available by phone or video.
