Why I Founded Excelevate
I founded Excelevate to give contractors, developers, and construction leaders access to experienced financial and operational guidance without the cost of adding another full-time executive. My goal is simple: bring clarity to complex challenges, build practical systems, and help leadership teams make stronger decisions with confidence.

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented financial and operational processes designed not only to solve immediate challenges, but to support long-term, sustainable growth. One of the accomplishments I am most proud of was creating the systems, procedures, and operational framework that supported growth from approximately $20 million to $97 million in annual revenue.
By establishing scalable processes, strengthening accountability, improving financial visibility, and streamlining administrative workflows, the organization was able to support that growth with only an approximate 16% increase in administrative support staff.
This experience reinforced a principle that continues to guide my work today: sustainable growth is achieved through strong systems, clear processes, financial discipline, and operational excellence.
